Now more than ever we are surrounded with nutrition information. How is it possible that despite all of this information most people are confused as to how to feed and take care of their bodies?

We live in a society that values small bodies and women have been conformed to believe that their worth is tied to their body.

In an attempt to achieve this self- worth women are hyper focused on dieting and losing weight. Unfortunately in doing so most women are getting further from their goal of taking care of themselves, and in the process decreasing their self-confidence and self-trust.

In this interactive workshop Erin will challenge much of what we believe to be true about nutrition, give you tools you can being today to build attunement with your bodies internal wisdom and build your confidence to free yourself from societal views of our bodies so you can live the big vibrant life you were made to live!
